Jessica is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, and has worked in Operations and Human Resources since 2000. As Vice President of Human Resources for Credit Management Company, she is responsible for all HR functions for 100+ employees including recruitment/talent management, benefits administration, ATS, HR systems, training & development and HR policy development and compliance. Jessica is challenged with developing, implementing and managing the HR infrastructure, promoting engagement and retention and managing an effective training program for all staff.
